Consultation & First Treatment

For Initial consultations and treatments we take full payment at time of booking. For follow-up treatments we accept payments in cash on the day* or you can pay in advance by card through our online booking system.
To keep treatment accessible for everyone in our community, we operate a pay-what-feels-right model, with a minimum contribution of £25 for returning customers and £35 for initial treatment, to support the sustainability of the clinic and ensure continued care for all.
We offer three payment options for our consultation appointments and follow-up appointments –
Option 1: Our most affordable treatment. At this price we’re helping patients get the help and support they need which is our ethos.
Option 2: Cost neutral for the clinic
Option 3: You’re supporting the running of the clinic and those in the community who may not be able to receive treatment without the multi-bed clinic.
How much you pay is entirely up to you, which allows you to budget according to how often you want to get treatments. No one is going to judge you if you pay on the lower end.
*Cash payments are paid discreetly into envelopes in the waiting area.
